On July 19, 2021, a new scientific paper related to the results of PROLIFIC has been published in the Frontiers in Nutrition journal.
The paper is titled "Targeting the Nutritional Value of Proteins From Legumes By-Products Through Mild Extraction Technologies".
The paper tackles the Legume by-products that PROLIFIC examines, and focuses on their nutritional value.
