PROLIFIC News

The transition to the circular bioeconomy is one of the major economic, social and environmental challenges the European Union is facing in the coming years.

An alliance of six European universities is supporting this endeavour.

As European Bioeconomy University they are fostering research, and knowledge transfer into society and the economy. Our partner UNIBO is one of these university.

On the recent event on 22-23 September 2021, our Scientific Coordinator Annalisa Tassoni presented the PROLIFIC approach in contributing to less food waste and more sustainable ingredients for food, feed, cosmetic and packaging products.
