PROLIFIC News

In June this year, our consortium partner University of Parma organizes an online summer school fully dedicated to sustainable food production and consumption.

A comprehensive programme familiarizes participants with the why and how to design and run sustainable agri-food systems.

In a series of lectures and tutorials students and professionals can acquire tools, methods and reliable sources to deepen their understanding of the environmental, socio-economic and political aspects of this topic.

PROLIFIC will contribute a puzzle piece in the big picture informing on Methods for the Recovery and Enhancement of Food Waste in a Circular Economy Perspective

To participate, please apply before 12 February on the event website http://www.summerschool.unipr.it/
