Founded in 1933 by Francesco Illy, illycaffè produces and sells worldwide a single blend of premium quality coffee made from nine varieties of pure Arabica beans. Illy products are enjoyed in more than 140 countries, on all five continents, and are served in about 100,000 establishments. Based in Trieste, the company is led by the third generation of the Illy family: illycaffè S.p.A. belongs (100%) to the Illy family's holding company – Gruppo illy S.p.A.
